Gives land to nephews Henry Franklin Bridges and John Spencer Bridges (12 acres of a 30 acre tract, in equal share), to niece Eliza Ann Bridges (the remaining 18 acres of the 30 acre tract, and 10½ acres adjacent known as Lot No. 4, with all the household goods and chattels), to nephew Aaron C Bridges (10 acres known as Lot No. 5) and to nephew Elisha A Bridges (16 acres upon which he lives). Each of these nieces and nephews to pay amounts into the estate. Further, gives to the heirs of deceased brother James C Bridges and deceased sisters Patsy Bogart, Sussanah Gray and Mary Williams one half of all the money belonging to the estate, in equal shares) and to the heirs of deceased brothers Benjamin Bridges and Elisha Bridges one half of all the money belonging to the estate in equal shares). The family gave yard on Lot No. 4 shall remain as it is, with the roadway kept open.
