    That Frank T. Casey, whose real name is Francis Theodore Casey whose residence was at Davenport, in the County of Scott and State of Iowa, on or about the 19th day of April 1903, absented himself from his usual place of residence an! ever since said date has concealed hie whereabouts from his family without any known cause, for a period of seven (7) years and more.
    That your petitioner is the wife of the said Frank T. Casey and that the said Frank T. Casey at the time aforementioned had personal property within the Jurisdiction of title court, in value not to exceed Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and that by reason of hie absenting himself there has become due and payable to your petitioner two (2) Insurance Policies that he had upon his life of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) each; that said policies are made payable to your petitioner.
    That your petitioner as his wife is entitled to one third (1/3) of his personal property and that their only child, Helen F. Casey born October 27th, 1898, is entitled to two (2/3) of hie personal property; that your petitioner and the said daughter are the sole and only heirs at law of the said Frank T. Casey.
    That your petitioner has never heard from the said Frank T. Casey save and except one letter dated three (3) days after his disappearance and from that day until now neither she nor any member of the family have ever heard from the said Frank T. Casey and that your petitioner firmly believes that the said Frank T. Casey is long since dead and that probably his death occurred immediately thereafter.
