John Gillison, son of my daughter, Ann Gillison, remainder of estate, sufficient for his schooling... I appoint three friends, James Nash, Stephen Harris, and Larkin Nash, executors.     IN THE NAME OF ODD AMEN. I Archibald Gillison of Abbeville County and State of South Carolina being but low and weak in Body but or sound and perfect mind and memory, (thanks be to God) do make this my last Will and Testament. -- Principally and first of all I recommend my soul into the Hands of almighty God who gave it me and my Body to be Buried in Christian like and decent manner at the discretion of my Executors. And as touching such worldly Goods therewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life I give and devise in manner and form following -- --
    Imprimis, I give and bequeath to my beloved Wife Jean Gillison my whole Estate (both real and Personal) during her Widowhood. In case she marries or when she deceases my Will is that my four Children Namely Elizabeth Price, Mary Harris, James Gillison and Karenhappuch Harris, do each or them Receive Twenty Shillings Sterling out of my Estate. This money to be raised by Selling something that my Exeoutore may think can be best spared off the Plantation ---
    Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Ann Gillison (at my Wife's decease or Marriage) all that Tract of Land thereon I now do live Containing One Hundred and Twentyfive acres, and all my houshold Furniture, Likewise one Bay Filley, and all that part of my Cattle and Hogs that is now called hers, both them and their increase...
    Item, In like manner I give and bequeath to John Gillison, son of my Daughter Ann Gillison all the remainder of my Estate of every kind or quality whatsoever, and my Will and desire is that he shall have a good and liberal Education given him, and that there be a reserve made by my Exeoutors out of my Estate (before any division) of a Sufficiencey to defray the expence of his Sohooling ---
    Item I do hereby Constitute and appoint my three friends James Nash Stephen Harris, and Larkin Nash Executors to thie my last Will and Testament, hereby disclaiming, Revoking and Disannulling all other Wills and Testaments whatsoever, and do proclaim, publish, Pronounce and declare this to be my last Will and Testament----
    Given under my Hand and Seal thie third day of January in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Two....
