    Requiem Mass Is Held Saturday At Church In Antigo
    A requiem high mass for Joseph Duquette, Sr., 73, who passed away at his home in Antigo last Thursday morning, was said by the Rev. Dean Conrad Saile Saturday morning at 9 o'clock in St. John’s church at Antigo.
    Mr. Duquette was the father of Mrs. Dan Driscoll of this city. He was born at St. Francis, Quebec, Canada, on July 12, 1853, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Duquette. He attended school at St. Francis and on February 24, 1873, was married ito Miss Mulvina Fischer at Coaticook, Quebec, Canada. Mr. and Mrs. Duquette and family came to Wisconsin, settling in Menasha forty-six years ago and lived there for two years. They then moved to
    Antigo county where they had since lived. Mr. Duquette operated a farm north of Antigo for a number of years, retiring nine years ago.
    The survivors are his widow, two sons, Fred, of Antigo, and Ed of Elcho; and three daughters, Mrs. Driscoll, this city; Mrs. R. Brush, of Burion, Washington, and Mrs. J. V. Bassett, of Antigo. Two daughters, Mathilda and Lydia, died forty and twenty-nine years ago, respectively.
